DRS takes pride in its property management expertise. Elisa Edwards, an active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), heads up the Property Management Division of DRS. Both Ms. Edwards and Ward Katz, with more than 38 combined years of institutional level property management experience, are accredited with the CPM designation from IREM and are practitioners of a hands-on management style with an emphasis on employee training and providing the best in customer service. DRS’ primary mission is to manage for institutional clients, both third party and as venture partners, utilizing systems adaptable to clients’ reporting requirements.
